BASIC INFORMATION

Now, I've had many first-timers emailing me about the basic information about HERBALIFE SHAPEWORKS. Therefore, let me explain in thorough what it is all about.

The basic products for HERBALIFE START NOW PACK are;

1) Formula 1 Nutritionous Shake - available in 5 flavours (Choc, Vanilla, Capuccino, Tropical & Strawberry

2) Formula 3 Blended Soy & Whey Protein

3) Tea-Mix - available in 2 size (50g and 100g) and 2 flavours (Hibiscus Lemon and Peach). However, Peach flavour is only available in 100g size.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing in Herbalife Shapeworks is the FORMULA 1 and secondly is the Tea-Mix. Hence, if you don't have enough budget to buy the whole set of Start Now Pack... you can also only order the Formula 1 and Tea-Mix only!

How do you make a Herbalife Shake? Oohh.. it's so easy! I'll give you some examples.

Creamy Chocolate Milk
• 2 scoops Chocolate Formula 1
• 10 oz. non-fat milk
• 1 tbs. instant chocolate pudding mix
• ice cubes (optional)
Blend everything together!

Fabulous Frosty
• 2 scoops Chocolate Formula 1
• 1 tsp. instant decaf. coffee
• 10 oz. non-fat milk
or 3 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
• ice cubes (optional)
Blend everything together and you'll get a yummy shake for breakfast!

Fruit Shake

• 2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
• 10 oz. orange juice
• 1 banana
• ice cubes (optional)
• Blend everything together :)

Coffee Shake

• 2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
• 1 tbs. instant coffee
• 1 ¼ skim milk
• 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
• BLEND!!!

You see, there is nothing complicated about making the shakes. Personalize the flavour according to your tastebuds. I usually add in nestum, milo, oats or whatever leftover fruits I have at home like apples, bananas, prunes or pears!

Now that Ramadhan is nearing, it's the best time to trim that waist for Hari Raya! heheheh.. It's much more easier to have HERBALIFE during Ramadhan.

• Sahur - Have a healthy HERBALIFE shake and a cup of Tea-Mix. Drink lotsa water too!
• Berbuka - Have your normal meal and also a cup of Tea-Mix
• Supper (11-ish) - Have another healthy HERBALIFE shake and a cup of Tea-Mix
